We’re tackling one of my favorite topics today: HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES!! This is one area I struggle in. The girls wake up starving I swear and I’ve got to feed them (and myself) something quick and easy and that doesn’t make a lot of mess. More often that not we’re in a rush to get ready for preschool or the day’s activities so the easier the better. Plus, I’m always looking for things without a ton of sugar because most standard, packaged options have way too much!!
As parents we have both an opportunity and a responsibility to set the stage for our kids’ futures. And that includes what they eat. I’m talking about creating smart habits and healthy preferences – and starting young – so that the stage we’re setting is one that nurtures their growing bodies and brains.
